Nicki Early

Nicki brings valuable knowledge of the DMH system and a strong passion for helping individuals experience joyful, meaningful days—both at LADD and within the community. She is enthusiastic about building connections, supporting growth, and making a positive impact.

Nicki is thrilled to be part of the LADD community, and we’re excited to have her as we continue to grow together!

Pam has been a dedicated Program Manager, bringing over 10 years of commitment, compassion, and heart to the incredible individuals we serve at LADD. Her unwavering dedication and genuine care make a lasting difference every single day.

Pam truly embodies what it means to lead with kindness and purpose—we are so fortunate to have her!
